If you submitted information through the GetFreeBlueprint questionnaire, a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad, or otherwise contacted Live.2.100, Inc. d/b/a Retirement Architecture, you may request that we delete personal information we hold about you.
How to request deletion
- Email: send a message to Brett@retirementarchitecture.com with the subject line Delete my data. Please include the name, email, and phone number you used so we can locate your records.
- Phone: call 855-957-3628 and ask to delete your data.
What we will do
After we verify the request, we will delete your personal information from our systems (including our servers and related Google Sheets used for lead intake) within 30 days, except where we are required to keep limited records by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example fraud prevention or completed transaction records). We will confirm when deletion is complete.
Facebook / Instagram app access
If you connected or interacted with our Meta app or Lead Ads experience and want to remove it from your Facebook account, go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites, find the relevant app, and remove it. That removes the app connection on Facebook's side. You should still email or call us as described above if you also want us to delete information we already received.
